Rich burritos with chicken to delight in a lunch. The chicken is stewed with red bell pepper, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Added with a little cumin and tomato sauce. This is the filling of a burrito made with 100% Mexican flour tortillas.

Preparation
Brown the breasts with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cut them into small pieces and reserve. In the same pan, brown the chopped garlic , then the onion in julienne and the red pepper also in julienne.
Add a little salt and a little cumin (to taste).
When the vegetables are tender, but do not overlap, add the chopped chicken and tomato sauce.
Stir over low heat and let stand.
Fill the tortilla and close it like a cannelloni. Heat the burrito in the oven or microwave to warm the tortilla and crisp.
Remove from the oven, let cool, unmold and ready to serve.
