In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, eggs, salt, and butter. Using a dough hook, mix at medium speed while gradually adding the milk until you have a smooth and homogeneous dough. Place in a greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap, and let it ferment for 20 minutes until it doubles in size. For the filling, in a bowl, mix the butter with the flour until you have a homogeneous paste. Reserve.
