Traditional recipe for Christmas ham bread, the bread is stuffed with ham, bacon, raisins and olives, it is incredibly delicious. I recommend this recipe for Christmas or any time of the year.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 500 grams flour
  • 5 grams yeast, granulated
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 200 milliliters milk, tibia
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 grams margarine, or butter
  • 400 grams smoked ham
  • 100 grams bacon
  • 100 grams raisin
  • 150 grams olive, stuffed

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Place the flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a bowl. Stir everything with a hand mixer.
Then make a hole in the center of the flour to form a volcano, place the warm melted butter, warm milk and beaten eggs. Go kneading with a palette inside the bowl.
Then remove the dough and knead on a counter for ten minutes, once past ten minutes, place the dough again in the bowl, cover with a moist cloth and let the dough rest for an hour in a warm place in the house.
Stretch the dough in a rectangle shape, place a layer of smoked ham, then place the strips of bacon along the stretched dough, cut the olives into casters and sprinkle throughout the dough, last scattering the raisins.
Go rolling the dough to form the bread, close the bread slices with a little water, cover the bread with a bag and let it rest for an hour.
Place the bread on the film and varnish the bread with a beaten egg. With a fork open gaps along the bread.
Place the bread in the oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
