Ingredients: 3 tablespoons olive oil; 5 tablespoons garlic; 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped; 3/4 cups sun-dried tomatoes; 1 1/2 cups potato, cut into cubes; 1 cup tomato sauce; 2 cups cod, desalted; 1/2 cups green olives, sliced; 3/4 cups capers; 3/4 cups almonds, filleted; 1/4 cups güero chile, finely chopped; 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped; salt; pepper; 1 package Saladitas® saltine crackers; olives, for decoration; parsley, for decoration

In a skillet over medium-low heat, add the olive oil, garlic, and sauté for 3 minutes, add the onion, dehydrated tomato, potatoes, and cook for 5 minutes or until the potatoes soften. Add the tomato sauce, the cod, olives, capers, sliced almonds, and yellow chili and cook for 20 minutes on low heat. Add the parsley, remove from heat, and set aside.
