In a deep saucepan or skillet, melt the butter and cook the onion until it becomes shiny. Add the cuaresmeño pepper, spinach, sour cream, heavy cream, and garlic powder; mix and cook for 3 minutes over medium-low heat. Incorporate the parmesan cheese, season with salt and white pepper. Cook for 5 more minutes or until the cheese has gratinated. Serve hot, garnish with chopped green onions, and accompany with Galletas Saladitas® Gamesa®.
