In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous paste. It should be moist but firm. Shape the croquettes by hand, making sure they are not too thick. Spray a skillet with cooking oil and heat over medium heat; place the croquettes and let them cook for five minutes on each side or until the meat is well cooked.
