Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams spinach, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon raisin
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 gram table salt
  • 300 grams bread crumbs
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon pinion
  • 5 tablespoons White flour
  • 750 milliliters rice milk, tempered

Preparation

Spinach is prepared and boiled in water.
The garlic is peeled and rolled.
Heat the oil and fry the garlic over low heat.
Add the boiled and well-drained spinach.
They saute a little, until they are well dry and add the raisins and pine nuts a little before removing from the fire.
Put the oil that covers the bottom of the pan, when it is hot add the chopped onion, when this transparent add the flour little by little, so that it is mixed with the oil and do not form lumps.
Slowly pour the milk, to make the béchamel sauce.
Once the béchamel is thick, add the spinach and stir to mix.
Let the pasta cool.
Take pieces of this dough, shape them and pass them through beaten egg and bread crumbs.
Fry in plenty of hot oil.
Remove and place on absorbent paper and serve.
