Presentation

Serve accompanied by a fresh salad and a little lemon on each croquette, you'll see it adds a nice flavor or with ketchup since kids love it. You can eat them cold or warm. You can also serve them with a mayonnaise dressing.

Tips

The potato puree should have good consistency, not too moist, to be able to form the croquettes without breaking. If you want, you can add egg to the mixture, it will make it more nutritious. Optionally, you can pass each croquette through beaten egg before breading them. If you notice that the croquettes break because they are too moist, add more breadcrumbs to the mixture, and if they are too dry, add egg.
