This sandwich is a preparation created by Cuban immigrants in Florida (USA), in the 60's. It has many variations, but its main ingredients are mustard, pickles, cheese and you can enjoy it with FUD® turkey breast. It satisfies the appetite and is remarkably delicious.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped, for the vinaigrette
  • 1/2 teaspoons Orange zest, for the vinaigrette
  • 1/8 teaspoons cumin, for the vinaigrette
  • 1/4 teaspoons oregano, for the vinaigrette
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, for the vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, for the vinaigrette
  • to taste salt, for the vinaigrette
  • to taste black pepper, for the vinaigrette
  • 1/2 cups olive oil, for the vinaigrette
  • 2 slices White bread
  • enough mustard
  • 5 slices FUD® turkey breast
  • 2 slices Manchego cheese FUD®
  • enough gherkin, in vinegar
  • enough butter, melted
  • enough Salad, To accompany

Preparation

For the vinaigrette, mix the garlic with the orange zest, the cumin, the oregano, the mustard, the lemon juice and the salt; Add the olive oil with a balloon to form the vinaigrette.
Spread the bread slices on a tray and brown 3 min; smear mustard, add the FUD® Manchego cheese, the FUD® turkey breast 450 g, coat with a little vinaigrette between the slices and add the pickles.
Close the sandwich with a lid and varnish with butter. Bake for 15 minutes, at 180 ° C, or until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
Serve the sandwich, accompany with salad and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve with french fries and pickles.

TIPS

The vinaigrette will add flavor to the breast when you bake it, add a little between slices, but be careful not to over-wet, so as not to wet the tops of the bread.
