Ingredients

10 portions
  • 3 cups cucumber, peeled without seeds and finely chopped
  • 3 envelopes gelatin, no flavor, dissolved in 1/4 cup of cold water
  • 1 cup consommé
  • 1/4 cups lyncott cream, to beat
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon, get the juice
  • 1/4 onions
  • 4 tablespoons English sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 cream cheeses

Preparation

In the hot consommé the gelatine melts and it is left to cool a little. Put in the blender with the cheeses, mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, English sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir well and let cool a little.
Meanwhile, cool the cream in the freezer and beat until it sponges and doubles its volume. Add the cucumbers and the mixture of cheese and mayonnaise.
It is emptied into a mold previously greased with oil and put into the freezer to set.

PRESENTATION

You can serve it with sliced ​​cucumber along to decorate in the center of the mousse.
