Preparation
Pre warm the oven to 250 degrees Celsius.
Cut the slices of bacon in half.
Fill a pastry bag with the ricotta cheese and use it to fill the dates.
Cover the datil with a half slice of bacon and place a toothpick in the center so that it does not crumble.
Place all dates in a baking dish and cook 10 minutes or until the bacon is golden and crispy.
