  • 1 1/2 cups Real California Milk® mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese with Real California Milk® stamp, grated
  • 1 cup Monterey jack cheese with Real California Milk® stamp, grated
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Dried oregano
  • 1/2 tablespoons dry thyme
  • 1/2 tablespoons basil, dry
  • 3 tablespoons ground bread
  • 1/2 cups bacon, fried, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups pepperoni, finely chopped
  • cookies, with sesame to accompany

Preparation

In a cast iron skillet, mix mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, monterey jack cheese, cream, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, basil and breadcrumbs.
Add the bacon, pepperoni and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
