Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash and peel the beets with a peeler and wrap them in aluminum foil, adding a teaspoon of water inside. Bake them at 180°C for 30 minutes. Wrap the garlic cloves, skin and all, in aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes.
