For the dip, in a bowl, mix some fried bacon with chorizo, cream cheese, green onion stalks, yellow corn, jalapeño pepper, Cotija cheese, black beans, red onion, and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. In a bowl lined with plastic, place the dip and form a ball, set aside in the refrigerator. On a non-stick plastic board, form a layer of cream cheese with a spatula, place your dip ball, and wrap with plastic to keep the outside white. Refrigerate again.
