Preparation
In a bowl, place the chicken breast, marinade with the garlic and the Hunt's® BBQ Honey Sauce for half an hour in refrigeration. Set aside.
Heat a skillet over high heat and cook the bacon until it is golden and crispy. Drain on absorbent paper and finely chop. Divide in two.
With the same fat from the bacon, cook the chicken until it is fully cooked, bathing with the marinade once in a while. Remove from cooking and cut into very small cubes.
For the dip, in a bowl, mix half the bacon you reserved, the chicken breast cut into cubes, the cream cheese, the yellow corn, the cambray onion, the purple onion, the garlic powder, the chipotle in marinade and the Hunt's® BBQ Honey Sauce until the ingredients are incorporated and you have a firm preparation. Reserve in refrigeration.
Place a layer of non-stick plastic on a bowl and mix the dip with your hands, then shape it as a ball.
Mix the rest of the bacon with the onion rings and crush the ball, place your dip on a plate and serve with tortilla chips or crackers. Enjoy and share.
