Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Refrigerate the dip for 1 hour.

PRESENTATION

You can accompany this dip with carrot sticks, jicama and celery.
