  • 2 cups watercress, chopped
  • 1/2 cups fresh basil leaf
  • 1/3 cups canola oil
  • 1/3 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cups green onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy pasta
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground red pepper

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, until they are well combined.
