Roast the garlic, onion, and cuaresmeño peppers on a griddle over medium heat until they change color, stirring constantly for even cooking. Once ready, remove from heat and set aside. Process the peppers, onion, and garlic in a bowl using an immersion blender, then add the cream cheese and continue processing until lumps are removed. Mix the mozzarella cheese with the manchego cheese and cornstarch until well combined. Melt the butter in a medium-sized skillet over medium heat, then add the cream cheese mixture you made in the previous step and incorporate the mixed shredded cheeses. Pour in the milk, mix, and cook until you achieve a homogeneous mixture. Before the sauce thickens, pour in the Hunt’s® Spicy Buffalo Wing Sauce, mix again, and cook on low heat for at least 6 minutes. Once the nacho cheese dip is ready, serve immediately, accompanied by cheese-flavored corn chips and crudités to taste.
