Preheat the oven to 180C (or 356F)
In a pan over medium heat, cook the bacon until golden brown. Add the onion and garlic, cook a few minutes and add the beans, oregano, cumin, epazote, salt and cook a few minutes.
Spread the beans on each piece of bread and place them in an oven-safe dish.
Arrange sliced turkey ham and sliced manchego cheese FUD® Care-t + on top of each bread. Gratin in the oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
For the pico de gallo, mix in a bowl the tomato, with the purple onion, the cilantro, the lemon juice, the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Serve the with the pico de gallo and avocado.
