Preparation
In a large pot, we put plenty of water to boil. We add a handful of salt and edamame pods. Let boil for about 3 minutes, or until we check that the pods are soft and open easily with a knife.
We remove the pods from the water and season them with the juice of the soy sauce and the lemon, salt or spices. With paprika they are also very rich.
