Preparation
Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
In a food processor hag still mashed with butter, parsley, echalots and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Place half of the mixture in the 24 snail shells. Place 1 snail per shell and then place the other half of the garlic and butter mixture.
I baked for 10 minutes and served.
