A delicious Mediterranean snack made of a dough called Phyllo which is very light and crispy. This dough can be found in Mediterranean or import shops, usually frozen.

Preparation
Remove the Phyllo dough from the box (if purchased frozen defrost according to package instructions) and cover with a damp cloth so it does not dry.
In a deep bowl, mix feta cheese, chopped parsley and Zatar.
Take a leaf (they are very thin) and put on it a light layer of butter.
Fold the dough sheet in half and place a spoonful of cheese filling in the middle.
Roll the dough to cover the filling and make rolls. Cover the rolls with a little more butter.
Put the rolls in a baking dish and bake at 180 degrees centigrade for 20 minutes.
