This snack is simple to prepare and delicious. If you want you can put them on the grill and serve them with an arugula salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 figs, cut in half
  • 1/2 cups balsamic vinegar
  • pepperoncino Italian crush red pepper , (dried chili in flakes)
  • slices prosciutto, cut in half
  • 1/2 sticks goat cheese
  • olive oils, to grill them

Preparation

Put a few drops of balsamic vinegar on each half of the fig and fill the center with goat cheese. Sprinkle with dried pepper flakes. Wrap in halves of prosciutto slices.
If you want to grill them on the grill, varnish the figs with a little olive oil and preheat the grill over medium heat.
Put the figs wrapped in the least hot part of the grill (to cook the figs and get a little golden outside).
Cook about 5-6 minutes until the prosciutto becomes crispy and the figs feel soft.
