  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped, for batter

  • 300 grams squid, in cricles
  • 300 grams shrimp, clean and without peel
  • 300 grams sawfish
  • 1 cup carrot, cut into canes
  • 1 cup pumpkin, cut into medium thick slices
  • 1 cup broccoli, cut into small pieces
  • enough vegetal oil, to fry
  • 1 avocado, for the dip
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, for the dip
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese, for the dip
  • 2 serrano peppers, for the dip
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, for the dip
  • enough lemon, To accompany


In a bowl, mix the Tres Estrellas® rice flour with the eggs, the milk, the garlic powder, the parsley, season with salt and pepper until you have a homogenous preparation.
With the help of tongs, dip the seafood and vegetables in the previous preparation and fry in hot oil until you have a crispy golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper to remove excess grease. Reservation.
For the dip, blend the avocado with the cream, the cream cheese, the chile serrano, the lemon juice until you get a smooth mixture. Season to your liking
Serve shellfish and fried vegetables on a plate with the avocado dip, served with lemons.
