Preparation
In a bowl, mix the Tres Estrellas® rice flour with the eggs, the milk, the garlic powder, the parsley, season with salt and pepper until you have a homogenous preparation.
With the help of tongs, dip the seafood and vegetables in the previous preparation and fry in hot oil until you have a crispy golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper to remove excess grease. Reservation.
For the dip, blend the avocado with the cream, the cream cheese, the chile serrano, the lemon juice until you get a smooth mixture. Season to your liking
