Mix the shrimp with soy sauce, fresh ginger, mirin, and sesame oil in a container or bowl. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes. Heat a pan over high temperature, pour a little vegetable oil, and cook the shrimp for 3 minutes. When the shrimp starts to turn red, add the Eva® Wok Teriyaki bag, cook while stirring for 4 more minutes, then pour in the teriyaki sauce included in the Eva® Wok Teriyaki bag.
