In a deep bowl, mash the avocado until it forms a paste, or if you prefer, you can chop it into small cubes. Add the lemon juice to prevent oxidation. Place olive oil and a little butter in a pan. When hot, add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink. Sauté for five more minutes, season with salt and pepper to taste.
