Cut the tomato, onion, chili, and garlic into cubes. In a skillet on low heat, add olive oil and sauté the garlic, then add the chili, onion, and finally the tomato, seasoning to taste with pepper and oregano. Use a bean masher to crush the sauce and then add the tequila. Once the tequila is well heated, add the shrimp and let them turn pink, being careful not to overcook them. If necessary, add more tequila, and it's ready.
