Ingredients: 4 cans tuna; 2 potatoes; 1/2 onions; 1/2 bunches fresh cilantro; 1 kilo corn tortillas; salt , and pepper to taste; vegetable oil, for frying; 4 Poblano chiles; 1/2 onions; 150 grams peanuts; 1/2 bolillo rolls; 250 milliliters cow's milk

For the pockets: Fry the potatoes until cooked and slightly golden, add the onion until translucent. Incorporate the drained tuna and season with salt and pepper, let it cook for a few minutes. Turn off and add the cilantro, stir and let cool. Heat the oil to fry the pockets, meanwhile fill the tortillas with the tuna stew and fold in half, fry until golden.
