Ingredients: 2 cans canned tuna; black olives, sliced into rounds; 1 clove garlic, chopped; 1/2 onions, medium, finely chopped; 1 bunch fresh cilantro; 2 tomatoes, chopped into small cubes; 2 potatoes, medium; 1 can pickled chiles, or strips; 1 can button mushrooms, sliced; salt, and pepper to taste; 500 grams puff pastry; 3 tablespoons olive oil

Heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped garlic and onion, then add the tomato and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper and finally add the drained tuna, the small can of mushrooms cut in halves, 1/2 can of strips, and the cooked potatoes in small cubes, mix gently and remove excess cooking broth, set aside. Preheated oven to 180°C. We divide the dough into 2 portions for the base and the top, we roll out one half of the dough on a floured surface until we get a round base half a centimeter thick, place it on a baking tray, gradually add the tuna mixture to form a crown and in the center place a small portion of tuna leaving a small space at the edges to seal our base and top.
