There is no better starter for a delicious meal than a rich flavored butter spread on artisan bread. Here we present the recipe for three different butters: with coriander, with chipotle and with pesto. They are exquisite.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 sticks butter, 180 gc / u
  • 3/4 cups fresh coriander, chopped (for the coriander butter)
  • 3 jalapeno Peppers, finely chopped (for the coriander butter)
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped (for coriander butter)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice, (for the coriander butter)
  • 1 teaspoon tequila, (for the coriander butter)
  • 3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, (for the chipotle butter)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, finely chopped (for chipotle butter)
  • 1 tomtato, seedless and cut into small ball cubes (for chipotle butter)
  • 1 tablespoon almond, (for the pesto butter)
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, (for the pesto butter)
  • 1 clove garlic, (for the pesto butter)
  • 1/4 cups basil, (for the pesto butter)

Preparation

For the Cilantro Butter: Mix the onion and jalapeño. Add the lemon and tequila. Allow them to deflower for half an hour and strain the preparation.
Cream the butter and add the coriander, chili and onion, salt and pepper. Stir.
Place the butter on wax paper, roll the butter into a tube. Store the butter in a freezer bag and refrigerate for 2 hours or until the butter sets.
For the Chipotle butter: Cream the butter and add the coriander, chili, tomato, salt and pepper. Stir.
Place the butter on wax paper, roll the butter into a tube. Store the butter in a freezer bag and refrigerate for 2 hours or until the butter sets.
For the Pesto Butter: In a food processor, grind the almonds, cheese, garlic, and basil.
Cream the butter and add the pesto. Stir.
Place the butter on wax paper, roll the butter into a tube. Store the butter in Storeit® bags to freeze and refrigerate for 2 hours or until the butter is solid.

PRESENTATION

Serve the butters on a board, accompanied with slices of bread or cookies.

TIPS

If you want, you can freeze the flavored butters to make them last longer.
