Ingredients

15 servings
  • 1 Cup of flour
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1 Cup of ground bread
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme
  • 500 grams of fresh mozzarella cheese in balls
  • 2 cups of vegetable oil
  • 1 Cup of tomato sauce
  • to taste of black pepper
  • to taste of Salt

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 120 degrees centigrade. Place flour in a deep bowl. In another bowl beat the eggs. In a third recipes mix the ground bread with the thyme.
    Season the cheese with salt and pepper and pass each ball of cheese through the flour, then the egg, and then the breadcrumbs.
    In a small saucepan heat the oil over medium heat until it is cooled down quickly when you put some ground bread.
    Fry the balls (4 by 4) until they are golden brown for about 2 minutes. Remove from the oil and place on a plate with paper towels. So that they are not so greasy, then bake for 15 minutes.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve hot and accompany the tomato sauce.
