This is a simple and delicious way to prepare a rich baguette, as it is crispy, spicy and creamy because of all the ingredients that make it up. This toasted baguette with sauce and melted cheese will be a dish worth remembering. Test it!

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 2 tomatoes, without seeds, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 baguette, cut into slices
  • 10 slices monterrey cheese

Preparation

Heat the grill over medium heat.
Combine the first 6 ingredients.
Cover half of grill grate with sturdy aluminum foil. Grill the slices of bread in the part of the grid that is not covered from 30 seconds to 1 min. or until the bottom sides are browned. Flip the slices of bread and place them on the foil. Cover them with the cheese, and then with the tomato mixture.
Grill the slices 3 to 4 min. or until the cheese melts and the sauce is completely hot.
