Ingredients

8 servings
  • 8 cups of tortilla chips
  • 2 cups of Manchego cheese grated
  • 1/2 Cup of red onion finely chopped
  • 1 piece of jalapeno pepper
  • 1 piece of tomato finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream

    Preparation

    Heat the grill over medium-high heat.
    In a tray with edges, place a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil folded twice at the edges. Sprinkle the chips at the bottom of the tray; put on top the cheese, onion and chili.
    Place the nachos in the center of the grill. Turn off the burners directly under the pan; put the lid on the grill. Raise them for 5 min. or until the cheese melts.
    Add the tomatoes on top and serve the nachos with the sour cream.
