Delicious guacamole to the regal that takes pico de gallo with lemon, pepper and cilantro. It is richer if you put a few drops of lemon and serve it with chips or toast. Delicious!

Ingredients

5 servings
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion whole
  • 3 Serrano cpeppers
  • 1 cluster of coriander
  • 4 avocados mature
  • 5 green lemons
  • 1 fried or toasted corn tortilla or totopos
  • 1 pinch of Salt

    Preparation

    Chop the onion into very small pieces.
    Then chop the green chile, cilantro, and tomato.
    Cut the avocado into pieces and mix everything with a fork, crushing so that everything is incorporated.
    Season with salt to taste.
    Add a few drops of lemon.
    Enjoy with chips.

    PRESENTATION

    For a better flavor, do it 3 hours before serving.

    TIPS

    Put lemon so that the avocado does not turn black. It can also be accompanied with roast beef.
