Ingredients

12 portions
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 avocado, ripe diced
  • 1/4 cups red onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon peppermint, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 10 grams feta cheese, fallen apart

Preparation

In a bowl mix the tomatoes, avocados, onion, garlic. Mix the mint and oregano. Then add the olive oil and finally the feta cheese.
Cover and let it cool for about 2 hours.

TIPS

You can serve it with Arabic bread, or with chilaquiles fried tortillas.
