Ingredients

8 servings
  • 3 pieces of carrot cooked and in small cubes
  • 2 pieces of potato cooked and in small cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of pea Cooked
  • 3 spoonfuls of onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
  • 2 spoonfuls of parsley finely chopped
  • enough of Salt
  • enough of black pepper
  • 1/4 of kilo of Ham thick slices
  • enough of Italian lettuce
  • enough of cherry tomato in halves, to decorate

    Preparation

    For the Russian salad, in a bowl mix the carrot with the potato, the peas, the onion, the mayonnaise, the parsley, the salt and the pepper until completely integrated.
    On a board spread the ham slices and place a sheet of lettuce and the Russian salad on top, close it in the shape of a taquito, decorate with the cherry tomato and with a toothpick in the center to have better support.
    Serve and eat cold.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the rolls as a snack on a board. Decorate with the cherry tomato in half inserting with a wooden stick.

    TIPS
