Ingredients: 1 artisan bread roll; 2 stems celery, chopped; 1/2 cups yellow bell pepper, chopped; 1/4 cups onion, chopped; 2 tablespoons butter; 1 cup broccoli, in small florets, cooked; 1 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, shredded; 1/4 teaspoons dry rosemary; 1 pinch hot sauce

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut a slice from the top of the bread; remove the center, hollowing out the piece. Cut the bread you removed into bite-sized pieces. Cover the shell with the slice of bread; place it on a baking sheet with the bread pieces. Bake them for 15 min. Let them cool slightly.
