Ingredients

3 servings
  • 2 cans of canned chickpeas reduced in sodium, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of black pepper milled
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of pimientón
  • 3 spoonfuls of tahini
  • 2 spoonfuls of coriander

    Preparation

    Blend the chickpeas.
    Mix the lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, black pepper, peppers, parsley and tahini.
    Add 1/4 of the chickpea liquid and add tablespoon per tablespoon until the consistency is thick.

    DELICIOSO!! No había comprado el Hummus hasta el año pasado y me encanto!! pero se me hizo un poco caro... Con esta receta veo lo facil de hacer y lo delicioso!!! Gracias!! Seguro la prepararé!!
