What better way to start a meal than with a rich Italian-style cheese, with a little spinach, sausage and the spiciness of chili flakes. Try it you will love it.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 onion, in thin slices
  • 1/2 cups italian sausage
  • 1/2 teaspoons chili flake
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 baguette, in slices

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the onion; cook it from 8 to 10 min. or until it's soft, stirring constantly. Take it out of the pan; reserve it.
Add the sausage in the pan; cook it 5 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Add the chili flakes; cook it for 1 min. Add the spinach. Cook covered for 2 min. Incorporate the cheese. Pour this into a 9-inch pie pan; add onion.
Bake the mixture for 10 min. Serve with bread.

TIPS

You can add some dried oregano.
