Ingredients: 15 Jalapeño chiles; water, to cook the chiles; 1/2 piloncillos; 4 cups cream cheese, in medium cubes; 1 cup Manchego cheese, shredded; 1 cup American cheese, shredded; 1 tablespoon garlic powder; 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce; 1 tablespoon soy sauce; 2 tablespoons whipping cream; 1/2 cups Smucker's® apricot jam; 15 slices bacon; 1 cup Smucker's® apricot jam; hot sauce, for serving; ranch dressing, for serving

Cut the chile lengthwise and remove the seeds and veins. Set aside. In a pot over medium heat, add water and dissolve the piloncillo. Add the jalapeños and cook for 5 minutes. This will help reduce the spiciness of the jalapeños. Let cool.
