  • 2 cups cheap shrimp, medium
  • 1 cup pineapple, in cubes
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, ground
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups cucumber, in cubes
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, yellow
  • enough salt
  • enough black pepper
  • 1 jicama, slice in thin slices
  • 1 avocado, in slices, to decorate
  • enough fresh coriander, cool, to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl mix the contents of Coleslaw Freshly by Eva Salad, 420 G with shrimp, pineapple, chipotle, cilantro, cucumber, lemon juice, mustard, salad dressing and season with salt and pepper .
