Prepare these easy and delicious jicama tacos ideal for the whim, with its spicy and bittersweet filling of cucumber, carrot, peanuts, mango, lemon juice and chamoy. They´ll make you go crazy for more!

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1 piece of cucumber cut into cubes
  • 3 pieces of carrot grated
  • 1 Cup of japanese peanut
  • 1/2 Cup of mango cut into cubes
  • 1/4 of Cup of spicy gummy of mango
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice
  • 1 piece of jicama slice in slices
  • 1/2 Cup of chilli powder
  • to taste of green lemon To accompany
  • to taste of liquid chamoy To accompany

    Preparation

    In a bowl, mix the cucumber, the carrot, the mango, the peanuts and the mango chili gummies. Mix and add the lime juice.
    Cover the jicama slices with sweet chili powder. Fill them with the previous mix and fold to make a taco.
    Serve with chamoy and lime juice.

    PRESENTATION

    On a platter, served with chamoy and lemon.

    TIPS

    Prepare the tacos at the moment otherwise the jicama absorbs the powdery chamoy and they will be watered.
