In a bowl, mix the cucumber, the carrot, the mango, the peanuts and the mango chili gummies. Mix and add the lime juice.
Cover the jicama slices with sweet chili powder. Fill them with the previous mix and fold to make a taco.
Serve with chamoy and lime juice.
