Ingredients

3 portions
  • 1 liter milk
  • 100 grams natural yogurt

Preparation

Boil the milk and let it cool until it reaches 45 degrees Celsius.
Mix the milk with the yogurt and place it in a ceramic container and place it inside a thick rag to keep it warm.
Let stand for 2 hours in the summer or 4 hours in the winter without moving. After a while, remove the cloth and take it to the refrigerator and leave for 2 hours before consuming.

PRESENTATION

Serve with a little olive oil at the moment.

Puedes dejar el resto para ser yogurth y endulzar con una lata de lechera super recomendado
