Ingredients

6 portions
  • 380 grams cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 100 grams blue cheese, fallen apart
  • 1/2 cups cranberry , dehydrated
  • 1 cup Trio Eva® Lettuce, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons White pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 rustic bread, To accompany

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the sour cream and the blue cheese until you get a homogeneous mixture.
It incorporates blueberries, the Trio Eva® Lettuce and parsley. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Reservation.
Cup the rustic bread and serve the dip inside it. It serves.
