Drain the olives and rinse well with cold water. Cover them with cold water and let them soak for between 5 min. and 5 hours. In a bowl, mix the garlic, olive oil, vinegar, lemon zest, lemon juice, crushed red pepper flakes, tarragon, and curry powder.
