An easy and delicious snack that will please all your guests. Serve them in a small cup with a container where they can soak in the vinaigrette.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons peppermint, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 12 cantaloupes, in balls
  • 2 slices Serrano ham, thin

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix the vinegar, chopped mint, and sugar. Let the mixture stand for 30 minutes and strain it through a Chinese colander. Put a roll of ham on each toothpick and continue with a melon ball. (The melon balls are made with a special spoon). Follow this same step with the rest of the chopsticks. Arrange them in small glasses and put the vinaigrette aside so that each person soaks them.

TIPS

You can prepare the vinaigrette one day in advance and leave it refrigerated to make it faster.
