Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 pork rind, of large flour
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups cabbage, cut into strips
  • 2 tomatoes, in slices
  • 3 cups pickled skin
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup Cotija cheese
  • 1/2 cups sauce, for snack
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

Spread each pork rind with cream, add cabbage, tomato slices and little skins.
Place slices of avocado, decorate with cheese and sauce and season with salt.

PRESENTATION

Presents on a colorful plate and on a paper napkin.

TIPS

Play with the ingredients and add granite corn or another type of sauce.
