Blend the ingredients for the guava sauce (3 guavas, garlic, 2 árbol chiles, 1 dried chipotle chile, salt, pepper, and orange juice). Set aside. Clean 4 guavas (remove the seeds) and cut them into thin strips along with the pork rinds, onion, and carrot. Mix, seasoning with Aceite Oléico® Provençal Mix, and let it rest to concentrate the flavors.
