Ingredients: 500 grams masa dough; 1 cup water, as needed; 1 teaspoon baking powder; 1 teaspoon salt; 1/2 teaspoons pepper; 1 cup chorizo; 2 cans potato, in cubes Del Monte®; 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil; 1/2 cups lettuce, washed and disinfected. Finely chopped, for decoration; 1/2 cups sour cream, (for decoration); 1/2 cups red salsa, Del Monte® (for decoration); 1/2 cups panela cheese, grated (for decoration)

For the dough, knead the corn dough with a little water as needed and combine with baking powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside. In a skillet over medium heat, fry the chorizo for 5 minutes. Add the Del Monte diced potatoes and cook for a few more minutes until they take on color. Set aside.
