Delicious pambazos of potato and longaniza, accompanied by cream, cheese and lettuce.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • to taste lettuce, filleted
  • to taste cream
  • to taste cheese
  • 12 Mexican french bread rolls
  • 500 grams potato, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 4 guajillo chilies
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 kilo longaniza sausage, or chorizo

Preparation

In a skillet, sauté the onion, add the sausage until it browns and add the potato, season to taste and set aside.
Boil the guajillo chile, the other part of the onion and the garlic, liquefy and strain, fry with a little oil and reserve.
Cut the bolillito in half and drown in the sauce and place in a comal, taking care not to burn, fill with the stewed potatoes and put cream, lettuce and cheese.

PRESENTATION

Serve the pambazo with cream, cheese and lettuce to taste.

TIPS

If you can not find bobbins, kids can cut the big ones in half.
